Cancellation Policy
Guidelines for terminating your Bookflow CC subscription.1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Bookflow CC monthly subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, you must provide written notice to our support team at info@bookflow.co.za
2. Notice Period
We require a standard 30-day notice period for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active, and we will continue to process your books until the end of the 30-day notice period.
3. Final Billing
Upon cancellation, you will be billed for the final 30-day period. If your cancellation notice falls in the middle of a billing cycle, your final invoice will be pro-rated accordingly to cover the 30-day notice period.
4. Data Handover
Upon the effective date of cancellation, Bookflow CC will cease all processing activities. As all work is performed directly within your Xero and Hubdoc environments, you will retain full access to all processed data and attached documents. We will revoke our own access to your systems within 48 hours of the cancellation effective date.
